Learn to set up and use AI tools on real work.

Watch complete email and calendar workflows set up and run from start to finish, with every input, setting, step, result and review point shown. Build routines that keep customer replies and follow-ups from slipping, learn a simple method for finding the work worth automating, and review your tools and subscriptions for unused or overlapping services.

You’ll see

  • How to decide which tasks are worth automating, and which are not, so your time goes where it matters most.
  • An inbox cleaned up with rules, then a workflow that sorts requests, drafts replies for your review and creates follow-ups, so customer emails don’t slip through.
  • A scheduling setup with availability, time zones, reminders and rescheduling, plus a drafted follow-up after every meeting.
  • A practical method for reviewing software spending: unused seats, overlapping services and tools you no longer need.
  • Time to map one of your own processes, so you leave with a concrete next step.

What it isn’t: a custom build for each attendee. Everyone gets the same instruction, maps one of their own processes during the session, and we discuss examples together. Workflows tailored to your company are part of company training.

Completed workflow examples

Each example is shown in five parts: inputs, configuration, steps, outputs and human review points. Steps marked AI step are where AI does the work; everything else is a rule, a setting or a person.

No. Both webinars are designed for people without coding experience. The in-depth webinar lists any accounts needed to follow along, and following along is optional.

The free session explains what’s possible. The four-hour in-depth webinar shows how to set up and use the tools, through complete workflows shown step by step.

Can AI help us find and follow up with more customers?

Customer follow-up is one of the most common places to start. The free webinar includes sales and customer service examples, the in-depth webinar shows a complete email follow-up workflow, and company training works with your own sales process. A person reviews every message before it goes out.
