We use information you choose to share to manage webinar registrations, tell you about dates you asked for, and respond to company inquiries.

Information you provide

Our forms ask for your name, company, business email, mobile number, number of employees, annual revenue range and industry. When you register for a free webinar, you then confirm your seat on our booking provider’s page, which receives these details with your registration. When you send a company inquiry, we also receive your message and any optional details you add. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information.

How it is used

We use these details to manage your registration, send the date you asked for, reply to your inquiry, route it to the right person, and understand which kinds of businesses our training serves. We may use your mobile number to contact you about your registration or inquiry. Marketing emails are sent only if you tick the optional box, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Where supplied, campaign source labels help us understand where a visit came from. We do not put your messages or contact details into analytics.

Website services

Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, to operate and protect the service. When online forms are enabled, Resend delivers form emails to our team and Upstash stores short-lived, hashed rate-limit identifiers to help prevent abuse. Booking pages are run by our scheduling provider under its own privacy notice.

Browser storage

We use session storage to remember campaign source labels and your chosen time zone during your visit. The website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.

Retention and requests

We keep details only as long as needed for the purpose you shared them for. To ask about, correct or delete your information, email hello@goodnotion.com.
